I had good food for breakfast with local foods. Loved the room with spa bath, my bed was incredible. Location: the hotel was close to all the restaurants and shops and attractions in Cusco and all major attractions, restaurants, bars and Cusco neighborhoods.

Loved that the hotel was quirky, modern decor in the rooms. The staffs were best & knowledgeable. The restaurant was fabulous with the best breakfast ever here, I had excellent dishes. Had a shower, hair dryers, and a bidet in the bathroom. Its location just a short stroll away from a main church was amazing.

This hotel is in a great area, just a few minutes away from the main square, which makes it very convenient to explore the city. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a breathtaking view of the city. The bathroom is modern and clean, with plenty of hot water. The service is outstanding, very friendly and attentive. The breakfast is delicious and filling, with a wide variety of options. I loved spending time at the spa and in the hot tub, which was a great way to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
Some staff members were hesitant to help with directions, but it didn't detract from an overall great experience.
