I booked a room with a great bed, central heating, TV set, and a microwave oven. The staff were amiable and lovely friendly and provided help. The venue was in a central location really close to shopping centers and Niagara Falls and Artpark Amphitheater and the business district.

The hotel is a nice comfy base for a trip in Niagara Falls.

Overall the staff is pleasant. It has huge and clean rooms with 3 queen size beds, the AC.

The room was cheap and neat with 3 queen size beds and air-con, as for instance as expected.

Experienced problem with missing nets.

The location is convenient, close to various amenities and not far from a popular tourist attraction. The beds were neatly made and an iron was provided upon request. The room was clean with a spacious modern bathroom. The TV had good cable service and there was a functional air conditioner and fridge. The parking, though slightly tight, was conveniently located in front of the door. I would consider staying here again.

It was somewhat clean, and easy to find

The hotel check-in staff member was rude. The price was outrageously high for the meagre accommodations. The room was very small.

The room was neat & cheap, with 3 beds. The hotel was adjacent to a Starbucks, Close to restaurants, and shopping centers thanks to its favourable location. The staff were both pleasant and affable.

The location was good and excellent, adjacent to a bus stop to downtown and TO LOCAL SUPERMARKET. Units with 3 beds.

our recent stay at a motel in Niagara Falls was underwhelming, so we weren't expecting much at Caravan motel. However, we were pleasantly surprised. The bed was comfortable, the receptionist was helpful, and the location was convenient.

This is a run-down hotel with bad smell in room, barely workable shower, air conditioning directly blowing to the bed, and so-called continental breakfast with hardly any choice on a tiny table in the non-existing lobby with no sitting. No ice-machine. No telephone. No clock/alarm.Don't even think about microwave/fridge. It's not to the standard of what $169/night should be.

The rooms were clean. The kids loved the pool. Great location with nearby restaurants and 5-minute drive to the Falls. Easy check-in and check-out. Convenient parking. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds and clean fridge in the room.

Got clean room with 3 beds. A microwave oven and a fridge were a nice touch. The location was marvellous in a nice enough area, just off food outlets, cleanliness, and value for the money, shopping stores and restaurants, and close to Visitors Center.
