The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it a convenient choice for business travelers. It is easily accessible with the help of a GPS, ensuring a hassle-free arrival. The staff is extremely helpful and provides excellent service, from check-in to dining. The food served in the upstairs restaurant is delicious and will satisfy even the most discerning palates.

The rooms lack some basic amenities, such as toilet paper and tissues.

It was only about 5 KM to the Palermo airport. The staff was friendly. It was not right in the center of town. The lobby was nice.

The hotel looked like it may have been really elegant at one point in time but is now run down. The pool was blocked off. The pool bar was closed. The A/C was not working and when it was fixed it smelled like a bus depot and didn't really get cold. The menu in the restaurant was meager with just a few choices...obviously because they don't have a lot of guests. Kind of a sad place really.

breakfast very limited without any variety from day to day. Very difficult to travel and visit other cities like Palermo. Limited only to taxis which are very expensive. Bus routes/train not available/unpractical. When asked whether any transportation is available between hotel cala rossa/citta del mare, we were referred to Citta Del Mare reception.

The restaurant staff was polite and helpful. They served us some tasty food during our stay. , the hotel's location was close to the airport, saving us from the hassle of a long commute.

The toilet paper was not well-stocked, and we had to look for it on the counter. the hotel was quite challenging to locate even with GPS, and we had to rely on a stranger's goodwill for directions.

We had an amazing and romantic escape! The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive during our entire stay. The food was absolutely fantastic – we were blown away by the flavors and presentation. The location was perfect for us as it was close to the airport and offered stunning views of the nearby mountains.

While our overall experience was great, the room could have been better. There was some confusion with the toilet paper and a few other small details that could have been improved upon.

The staff was very helpful during every interaction, from the lady who checked us in to the gentleman who seated and served us in the upstairs restaurant. The food was very good.We'd been in Italy for 22 days and had eaten some fabulous food.

The rooms were lacking; there was no toilet paper in the large dispenser on the wall, but there was a small roll sitting on the counter. There was no kleenex in the box on the bathroom wall. The hotel was very difficult to locate AND we used a GPS. A very kind, unknown gentleman finally led us to the hotel. His good deed made a huge difference for us. The rooms were mediocre, but adequate for a one-night stay close to the airport.

Moreover, the breakfast provided at the hotel was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day off right.
