The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and the city center with good shopping. The breakfast offered is decent and the staff is friendly. The hotel offers basic amenities and the rooms are clean and stylishly decorated, some even offering balconies.

The lack of air conditioning can make the rooms uncomfortable during warm weather and the hotel's restaurant is overpriced, making it more affordable to eat at a nearby cafe.

The apartment was spacious and bright.

There was a lift in the building but you had to go up a flight of stairs before getting to the lift. It was tidy and clean but very dusty. Not ideal with young children as apartment set on two floors and stairs do not have a banister. Got a bit stuffy once we closed the windows a bit to stop the rain from coming in.

Service excellent, friendly and attentive. Good restaurant recommendations. Helpful staff lent umbrella. Comfortable room with small balcony. Convenient location near train station. Copious and tasty breakfast. Cute communal balcony upstairs.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They made my stay enjoyable and hassle-free. The hotel facilities were modern and spacious, with a clean and comfortable room that had a high ceiling. The location was perfect, as it was near the city center and the best Thai restaurant in Germany. Additionally, the hotel offered private closed parking, which was convenient for guests with a car.

Absolutely nothing.

Hotel,(Appartment) was situated above two bars and a restuarant,and the noise was very loud from 9-30 pm,thrugh to 5-30am,none stop. If you closed the window,the room became too hot and stuffy to sleep,so one had to put up with the noise,and hope to sleep at some time. Shame realy,as the room was great,and the hotel/appartments were well situated for local transport etc.

The hotel room was spacious and modern, with a balcony to enjoy some fresh air. The location was great, as it was near many shops and restaurants. Plus, they had private parking available for those who drove.

The elevator was really small and could only fit one person and luggage at a time. breakfast wasn't included in the price and had to be ordered in advance - which was a bit inconvenient.

Apartments are about 300 metres from Hotel check in which is a long walk with luggage. King size room had 2 small single beds just pushed together. Neighbourhood questionable.

Well located, close to city center. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet.

Reception area was not enough clean. Not enough towels into the room: only 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel, even we were 2 guests.

Really nice, large, modern, stylish room with good facilities (nice size desk with landline, wi-fi, decent hairdrier, safety deposit box, as well as the little things like shower gel/shampoo, shoe polish kit and sewing kit etc.

Shower position was such that you could stand under it (it was over the sloped end of the bath) and water went all over the (very slippy tiled) floor. It's quite well hidden. Also, the Japanese restaurant on the ground floor has late night kareoke - glad we weren't on the 1st floor!

We have stayed at this place several times and our recent stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations. The location in a very nice and quiet neighborhood was perfect for us. The staff was efficient and helpful, and they were able to accommodate all of our requests, including providing a cot, turning the couch into a sofa bed, and arranging parking space.

Very helpful receptionist on the weekend, the ones on business days were not quite as cheerful, but still good. The rooms and decor are beautiful, and the coffee machine in the room makes this the best city hotel I have ever stayed in. Loved it!!!

The hotel's location near the city center was perfect for me. The staff was efficient and accommodating, providing me with parking space and a cot as requested. The room was stunningly decorated, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the free coffee at the reception in the morning.

Showering was impossible without getting the whole bathroom floor wet.
