Appreciated a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave oven in the room. Bathtubs in the private bathroom was a plus. The hotel had indeed a favourable and ideal location in the middle of jackson.

This place has a great location, close to the main street, Niagara waterfalls, the State University of Buffalo, and restaurants.

The rooms were brand-new and comfortable. The hotel's location was particularly good, in the middle of Amherst. It's just a short distance from restaurants and the mall.

Location is near UB and several shopping centerts

I thought the rooms looked dingy

The room was filthy and the shower curtain was moldy. Most of the towels were thread-bare.

Everyone was very, very nice and friendly as well as owner. It had decent and perfect location next to the mall and Manny restaurants, the State University and the main street.

The Boulevard Inn provided a convenient location and a quiet atmosphere. The friendly staff promptly addressed any issues and the room had a pleasant scent. The wifi was excellent and the TV had a good variety of channels. The room was comfortable and included a refrigerator and microwave for budget-friendly meals. The bathroom was mostly clean and the bathtub drain functioned properly.

Both rooms that I reserved were filthy.

Not, the rooms were ugly and not clean, you can't even take bath properly, such a small shower area and forget about the room service. We booked three rooms 2 non smoking and 1 smoking, but there no difference at all between smoking and non smoking rooms. It's a waste of money. I was charged some $XXX.00 amount , but when I checked in , they charge almost $50.00 more

The room was comfortable, with a nice tub and plenty of towels and extra toilet paper. The breakfast had a great selection of goodies. The location was perfect next to the mall, restaurants, and the Niagara waterfalls. The staff were very nice and always available.

The Boulevard Inn was easy to find and centrally located.

My room had a horrible odor that did not go away even with the exhaust fan and air conditioning/fan on.

Everything met my requirements, I would love to come back here some time. Wanted to explore Amherst and this hotel was reasonable base for doing it. The staff were affable and courteous and made me feel comfortable. The property's location was decent and ideal in the middle of jackson.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the Buffalo area and had a great experience. The location was perfect, with a mall and many restaurants nearby. The customer service was amazing, the owners were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, with nice TV channels and decent internet. The cleaning staff came every day to keep the room fresh. it was a pleasant stay.

I did encounter one issue during my stay. The jacuzzi was not clean and there were some outdated aspects in the room.

The Bed had just one bed seet: the one on the mathress. I have covered uip with just the blanket.
