I recently stayed at Residenz Hotel for a weekend getaway. The room was comfortable and the free Wi-Fi worked well. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of options and generous portions. The staff were friendly and helpful, even opening a separate area for breakfast when it was crowded. The hotel's location right next to the city center was convenient, and I enjoyed the bonus of the swimming pool and sauna. The little goody bag hanging on the door was a nice touch for those who didn't want their rooms cleaned.

Breakfast was DELICIOUS, comfortable bed. It was minutes from Detmold city center. Plus, it offers public parking We had perfect stay and would come here again.

No possibility of charging e-cars in the vicinity. The opening hours and the offer of the bar did not match the rest of the house (very negative evaluation).

Convenient location for exploring the area, loved it! The single room had a cozy bed 🛏️ and amenities like satellite TV, a seating area, and a writing desk. Also, easy car parking nearby made it even better.

The WiFi connection is also commendable, ensuring that you are always connected, especially if your room is close to the WiFi point.

Some guests reported issues with the room service. the breakfast was not up to par, with guests mentioning stale rolls and a lack of variety.
