The rooms here are cozy, attractive, and come equipped with WiFi, a balcony, and a sitting area which were essential for our stay.

The location outside of the city center in Patzcuaro was wonderful and absolutely perfect for us. We were close enough to the restaurant. Easy to get to the center plaza, and the pier close to the lake.

The building is beautiful and the rooms are brand-new.

I had a special stay during my long road trip. The staff was professional. The hotel is located in a magnificent setting with a nice garden. The location is close to the pier near the lake. It's only about a mile away from the town center. Tangaxuan Ii is a short 4-6 minute walk from the property.

The hotel is stunningly beautiful and spotlessly clean, has outstanding views of the mountains. It offers brand-new rooms, and has extremely helpful stuff from the bell boy waiters and reception crew.

Nice pool to chill by, rooms are tidy and come with a balcony for some fresh air 🌿.

The location is wonderful, just walking distance from Bodega Aurrera. The staff are exceptionally nice and courteous.

The place is nice.

At Check in it was bad they wanted to sell us a better room at an extra cost. Without first seeing the room they gave us. place was not full and I believe it wanted to sell. room that touched us was without windows. dinner and service was perfect and very good. The breakfast was more expensive than the dinner they wanted to steal from us since they gave me the bill on a paper when I saw that it was more than the dinner I asked for the receipt. Then they said that it was already that amount for the tip when I had already left them more than 15% they were stealing 9% it was not even the tip that was already included because I asked and waiter said that the captain said if they already charged him the tip but it was not 10% it was 9% so they wanted to steal from us. Seeing this and believing in the reception they wanted to do the same thing giving us a better room and receptionist keeping what we paid extra for the other room because how come they ask you before if you want something better without seeing what they gave us before.

We arrived and there were rooms that were not yet ready, people checking in in front of us were unbearable. we were assigned a room, manager informed us that we would have to go to another area (maybe we have stayed there before). We were not angry, since it was the same kind of room we had asked for. we left, we just touched the check-out time because we were not feeling well, we were waiting to feel better, lady came to ask very kindly if we would stay another night or not.

sunday at 10 am. someone thought it would be a good time to take out the mower. and do the maintenance of the lawn in the area that was right on our balcony. it is something that can be done during the week or at a less inappropriate time . regardless if you are tired or whatever, it was sunday!

The staff at Best Western went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. When we discovered a wet floor in our room, they immediately addressed the issue and cleaned it up. The restaurant staff was attentive and provided excellent service. The hotel grounds were well-maintained and had a variety of activities for the whole family to enjoy, including a game room and outdoor sports courts. Despite a few minor drawbacks, Overall I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.
