The room was extremely spacious and beautiful with a doublé bed and the staff was very, very nice. The hotel was in a particularly good location right by good park in front and taxis and the outskirts of town. We stopped by Cafe Reforma for coffee and treats, it was not too far away from the venue😃👍

The area around the hotel is decent with quite a few places to eat within walking distance. The receptionists were friendly and willing to help. The room had a comfortable bed and the bathroom was clean and modern, with nice toiletries provided. The free breakfast was decent with freshly cooked eggs and bacon.

The noise level in the hotel was very high, which made it hard to sleep peacefully.

It was an excellent hotel in a beautiful area, close enough to the Leon / Guanajuato airport. Plenty of good food, we really enjoyed it. The location was perfectly comfortable and marvellous - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Easily reached Momotaro, located relatively close to the venue, had lunch/dinner there.
