Convenient location, just a short 10-minute stroll to El Jardin 🚶. Plenty of breakfast choices available, like coffee and fresh bread slices 🥖.

The hotel provided all the basic facilities we needed in a spacious and brand-new room. The location was particularly good, near the center of town. It's close to all restaurants, shops, the main plaza area, and shopping.

During our visit, we had a fairly nice stay with good breakfast and dinner options at a restaurant in the town center with a marvelous location.

The very friendly and highly courteous staff made a good impression. The location was nice and handy, with easy access to Bellas Artes School. It was very close to the historic downtown and San Miguel de Allende.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is also a major plus, as it is situated in an area of Old Town where there are many locals, giving it an authentic and vibrant atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel is within walking distance of the city center, making it convenient for exploring all the attractions.

All in all, everything was more than satisfactory, with no significant areas for improvement.

the bathrooms in the rooms are extremely small . what I didn't really like was that we first arrived before the check in time (13h00) and my boyfriend was very sick and needed to lie down, the receptionist told us that she couldn't do anything because the check in was at 15h00, and that we had to go somewhere else and come back at that time, I had to lay him down on a sofa in the courtyard and he had a fever and felt really bad. in the end so insitir we were given the room at 14h00. The next day, the waiters could not attend to all the guests at breakfast. It took more than an hour to serve us coffee and bread, the order never arrived and when we asked if they knew what time they would serve us they told us that: "they couldn't ask the Chef because he gets angry" 1h30 passed and we left without breakfast because we couldn't wait any longer.

place is very nice and above all it has an excellent location, since it is not so close to the center to avoid noise, it is about 6 blocks away to be able to walk around everything, very close to everything, gardens and interior patio are incredible, a super advantage is that it has parking since not any hotel has it, in general the hotel is very clean and I liked very much the detail that they give you fruit as a courtesy at the entrance of the hotel, good for that.

The rooms lack more window and air circulation because they are very enclosed, they include a fan but the windows should make them bigger so that more air circulates and you don't feel so suffocated, what left much to be desired was the breakfast that although it came included and it is thankful it was quite bad to such a degree that the third day of lodging we had to go out to have breakfast somewhere else since it was not good, in truth a recommendation to improve the kitchen and that would make people stay more in the hotel, otherwise everything was very good.

The entire staff was highly courteous. The location was favorable and handy for walking around El Jardin. I was near gardens and hills.

The room was attractive and brand-new with 2 double beds. The location is convenient, in a nice quiet area not far from the main plaza, shopping, a very cool organic restaurant, and the city center.

I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful Spanish Hacienda design of Hacienda Monteverde, it truly added to the charm of my stay. The spacious corridors and common areas gave off a sense of tranquility. Additionally, the location was convenient, being within walking distance to the main plaza. I would recommend this hotel for a weekend away.

A very pleasant hotel, in spite of its size quite "familiar" and quiet. The room with four was very nicely furnished. The breakfast was simple (mexican style) and good.

The almost "open" toilets and showers in the room, which are only separated from the rest of the room by a screen or walls about two metres high, take some getting used to.

There was hardly hot water in the room. The bad was very low. No aircondition.

The carpet in some rooms had an unpleasant odor, which affected the overall experience.

On our first night, they gave us a room that seem ok at first glance. It didn't look so new and the furniture looked old and worn. It turned out that the shower was dirty as well as the sheets. The water ran out twice and there was no hot water. We complained and they moved us to another room, way better, clean and comfy. Why would they put customers in those ugly, no-hot-water rooms?
