The venue was great looking and grand old, I greatly enjoyed the stay and the location was excellent very close to all shops, bars, casino as well as Aguadelmar restaurant. Overall it was generous sized with seaview.

This place is a great choice for a stay, with a nice breakfast selection including boiled eggs, cold cuts, and cheeses, along with excellent service and accommodating staff.

Conveniently located in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from the beach. The room had a stunning sea view, making the stay truly magical. The staff did a fantastic job of promptly cleaning the tables after breakfast, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. we were extremely satisfied with our fourth stay at this hotel.

Hotel's really close to main attractions like mercator. We really enjoyed service and rooms, can’t complain about anything. An easy walk to Restaurant Lobster, where you can have lunch. Public parking nearby was provided...

Nothing it is perfect.

Its rooms are neat and bright for a quite comfortable stay during shopping trip. The breakfast is varied and satisfactory, I appreciated breads and scrambled eggs. Stuff is very pleasant and amazingly nice and you can park your car by the hotel.

We stayed in a hotel near the beach and had a good location close to restaurants and shopping. The staff were friendly and breakfast was provided. The room was clean, but quite small with out of date furnishings and fittings. The bed was comfortable and soundproof windows allowed us to sleep soundly. There was free WiFi and a bar available.

The hotel’s beachfront location was perfect for our romantic getaway, and we loved having everything we needed within walking distance. The room was clean and cozy, and we appreciated the complimentary breakfast buffet each morning. One highlight of our stay was the beautiful lobby with a fireplace - a lovely place to relax and enjoy the ambiance.

Our experience at this hotel was not perfect. The bathroom had glass doors, which made us feel uncomfortable and lacked privacy.

The room was nice, clean & quiet.

I did not like the fact my room was an emergency exit for everyone on my floor. I wouldn't have minded so much had there not been a copy of my room key hanging up in a 'break glass for emergency use" box right next to my room door, this for obvious reasons.

The hotel's location in the center of Ostend makes it a perfect choice for exploring the city and enjoying the beach, which is just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were well-appointed, with a bathtub for relaxation and a comfortable king-size bed for a good night's sleep. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including traditional continental fare and a few hot items to choose from.
