The staff absolutely refused to register by BW Elite card despite my pointing they should. They said it was because I used Booking. com. The next BW in Shasta took my card happily and upgraded us free despite my using Booked.net. The pancake dough dispenser malfunctioned and spayed my pants, sweater and shirt with mix just before our departure. Will not be back nor recommend the hotel.

The room had carpet and my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hotel's location was central, close to a store, several restaurants, and Oregon State University. I enjoyed having lunch/dinner at Cirello's Pizza, which was not too far from the hotel.

Breakfast was good quality and pleasant surroundings. Swimming area was pleasant and towels were furnished at front desk. Good tub for soaking in. "Hotel smell" was not lingering after airing the room. Comfortable beds and serviceable furniture.

Front desk person was cool and unfriendly and made no apology for leaving us waiting to check in (long enough to sit down and read the newspaper while we waited). The front desk was left unattended frequently during our stay. Noise from traffic and next door construction made sleep problematic.
