enjoyed a short break in Xpu Ha, but Bel Air Collection Resort & Spa Riviera Maya exceeded expectations. Fantastic staff, pet-friendly with amenities for dogs, beautiful property, fun activities like kayaking and pool, and a wonderful spa experience with facial and massage.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff took excellent care of me and were always friendly and helpful. The jacuzzi in my room was a great feature, and I was pleased that pets were allowed as well. The hotel provided beds and food bowls for my dogs, and there were plenty of paths for walks. The property itself was beautiful, with lovely tropical birds and a quiet ambiance. The kayaking and pool were lots of fun, and I especially enjoyed the spa where I had a fantastic facial and massage.

The front desk manager warmly welcomed us and gave us all the information we needed about the amenities and services available. The room service was excellent, with the bed often decorated with towel animals. We especially loved having a yakuzi in our room and the complimentary coffee that was refilled daily. The hammock outside on our patio was a nice touch, and we even spotted some adorable animals like raccoons. The daily shuttle to the beautiful beach was a great convenience, and the staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a great time.

In conclusion, we highly recommend this hotel. Its location in a natural bay and jungle setting provided a unique and exotic feel.

The food in the restaurant did not use any of the ingredients listed on the menu E.G. Mozerella, veal. We did not enjoy dinner and our European plan included breakfast which was just coffee and bread and pretty stingey.

Poor italian dishes on a la carte menu. Necessity to sign after every meal and drink. Poor/small beach. They need more activity in the evenings. Musty smelling a/c in our first room.

Nestled in a beautiful location here, this resort offers great access to an adjoining beach and another stunning beach. The rooms here are well-maintained and come with comfortable beds, good bathrooms, and excellent room service. You can also enjoy a variety of delicious breakfasts featuring fresh local ingredients. The pool area is lovely and there is plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun. Plus, the facilities like the sushi bar and the swim-up bar add to the luxurious feel of the resort.

Although the resort is largely in the jungle, some people may find the walking distance to the beach and dining areas a bit far.

We loved the eco-chic serenity of this hotel. The quality linens and attention to detail in the room made our stay comfortable. The huge wooden porch with a view of the natural cenote was a great place to relax. The grounds and gardens were beautiful, with stone walkways leading to hidden natural areas. The hotel's location on the oceanfront allowed us to enjoy the two large pools and lounge area facing the sea. Plus, the sandy beach just a short van ride away was the most beautiful beach we saw during our entire stay.
