The hotel had a great location, situated near the beach which offered stunning views and allowed for easy access to water activities. The presence of a nearby waterfall added to the natural beauty of the surroundings. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with functioning amenities such as AC, TV, mini-fridge, and hairdryer. The service provided by the staff was generally friendly and accommodating. the breakfast options were satisfying, offering a variety of choices to start the day.
Some aspects of the hotel were lacking, particularly in terms of staff training and customer service, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

Great food, with a good selection for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Liset at the front desk.- Clean beach and calm ocean.- Good selection of drinks at the beach bar.- Easy check-out process with secure luggage storage.- Beautiful wedding experience with excellent service and delicious food.
Language barrier for non-Spanish and non-Italian speakers. Internet access is not free and limited to the lobby area.

Great Value & Wonderful Staff!
This hotel provided fantastic value for the price. The location was ideal with easy proximity to local attractions and transportation. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making our stay very enjoyable. the hotel had excellent amenities, including a great pool and beach access.
While the hotel offered many positives, the rooms were on the small side and could have used some updating. the Wi-Fi access was limited, making it difficult to stay connected during our city break.
