The rooms at Bb 10 Serpotta are equipped with all the necessary facilities like air conditioning, LCD TV, minibar, and safe. It made my stay comfortable and convenient. The premium bedding in the guestrooms was so cozy and inviting. I felt like I was sleeping on clouds. I loved the modern design of the room with its LCD TV and en suite bathroom. The sauna shower was an added bonus. The bathroom was spacious with a beautiful shower. It felt like a luxurious retreat after a long day of exploring Palermo. The small room on level -1 with a whirlpool bath for 6 people was a unique feature. It was a great place to relax and unwind.

Personally, I found the seating area in certain rooms to be a bit small. But others might still find it cozy and comfortable.

This place was absolutely mind-blowing! The small yet elegant apartment had everything we needed, and the location was perfect for exploring. The terrace was super relaxing, and Luca, our host, was so attentive. His gifts of fruits, cakes, and pasta sauce were jaw-dropping! We can't rate this place high enough, it's a definite recommendation without hesitation!

Just returned from a great weekend getaway at Bb 10 Serpotta. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet section of the city near the Port. The staff was incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English, providing us with fantastic recommendations for local restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and comfortable room, complete with a lovely terrace. The modern amenities, like the card key for electricity, added a nice touch. The daily maid service ensured that everything was clean and immaculate, and the breakfast was delicious with real coffee. Highly recommend!

The very handsome Vittorio welcomed us to this brand new b+b which is elegantly designed in shades of warm gray and is chock full of bio- friendly solutions such as a key-card which turns on the electricity to the room. Outstanding parking right on site. Delicious breakfast with custom made cappucino. Very modern, sleek interior. If you want something that feels like "old Palermo" then this isn't the choice for you, but if you want a screaming deal and you want to stay in something luxurious for a very moderate price, then this is the place to be. We stayed an extra day just because we liked the b&b so much.

Great location and excellent service from the staff. They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. They even arranged for a taxi and provided beach towels for our trip to the beach in Mondello. The breakfast was delicious and the shower was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Palermo.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of Palermo. The location is unbeatable, with all the major sightseeing points within walking distance. You can easily explore the city without the need for transportation. The rooms are elegantly designed and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including a kitchenette. The attention to detail is remarkable, from the aromatherapy showers to the 8-seat whirlpool tub in the fitness room. Additionally, the staff is extremely attentive and goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect, arranging airport transfers and providing great recommendations for dining and activities.

We enjoyed staying at B&B Serpotta and would highly recommend it to other guests. The furniture in the room is brand new, and the rooms are very clean. The bathroom is excellent with a very comfortable hydro-massage shower. The B&B is located very conveniently in the very center of Palermo. In the cellar there is a jacuzzi where you can relax after visiting the city and the treadmills if you want to loose some weight ;) The breakfast is OK, coffee is excellent and the service is very friendly and in overall very good. The free Wi-Fi is working very good and strength signal is excellent.

There was nothing very bothering about B&B Serpotta but there are few minor improvements that would make the stay even more comfortable. My first suggestion is to equip the kitchen with more toasters. There is only one, and you may end up staying in the queue to warm up your toasts. Additionally I would equip rooms with two chairs (there is only one, and one chair-like thing that I did not find very comfortable) and some cups for drinks in the minibar. But besides those minor points, B&B Serpotta is a perfect place to stay.

Nothing, all excellent.

The rooms were very well equiped and nicely furnished with good attention to detail. The shower cubicle offered a luxurious bathing experience. Breakfasts were good but at times congested due to an insufficient number of tables. Perhaps lengthening breakfast time when operating at capacity could help. The proprietors and staff were all extremely helpful and thoughful.

The facility appears to have been recently renovated. It appears very clean. The staff is extremely helpful and cooperative. The breakfast is abundant and very good.The location is excellent since one can walk to most of the historical sites and buildings of Palermo. I highly recommend this facility.

The breakfast was decent and the gym was well-equipped. The location was excellent, within easy reach of all the sights and sounds of the city. I also appreciated the clean and tidy rooms.

Sadly, there were some significant issues during our stay. Firstly, there was a significant language barrier with some of the staff struggling to communicate in English. Secondly, the hotel lacked the promised amenities like the Jacuzzi and sauna. Finally, we were disappointed with the New Year's Eve dinner which was both overpriced and overcooked. our experience was not up to our expectations and we left feeling disappointed.
