The rooms are a good size and have comfy beds, a big mini fridge, and even an air hockey table for some fun. The staff are really friendly and efficient 🌟.

The hotel was clean. Our room was reasonably large and cheap. The staff was super-friendly and more than helpful. The location was great and decent, within walking distance to lakes and the bay. It was a fairly nice stay on a break from a long road trip.

Pros of our stay at the hotel were mind-blowing! Maraina and her colleague were super nice and helpful, taking care of all our issues with great attention to detail. The location right across the street from the ferry to Mackinaw Island was absolutely jaw-dropping. We also found Mackinac city to be beautiful, with friendly people everywhere. The hotel offered amenities such as wi-fi, on-site car park, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, 24-hour security. The hotel also had a lift, a business center, and express check-in/-out services for added convenience. For entertainment, there were billiard tables, cycling, fishing, horseback riding. The water slides and aqua park were an absolute hit with our kids! Additionally, the hotel provided beach access with sun loungers, a game room, a children's play area, and a children's pool. The fact that the hotel offered wheelchair access and allowed pets was also a huge plus. Lastly, the air conditioning in the rooms ensured a comfortable stay, and the no smoking policy on-site was greatly appreciated. We definitely had an amazing time and would highly recommend this hotel.
