The unit we got was a nice size and beautiful with 2 separated beds, the heater, ample storage. The location was quiet on the edge of motorway in a retail park, nearby a motorway. The staff was especially helpful and we would book here again.

I really enjoyed this pleasant place, stayed there for 1 night. Comforts of nicely decorated comfort twin room with comfy bed were fabulous. Marvellous residential location just next door to taxi's, and Close to highway. Besides, Smeetslandseweg was 3 km away from the property.

Clean room, good food, helpful staff. I had a small issue with the shower, but it didn't detract from my stay. I'll recommend this hotel.

Too little staff > had to wait more than 10 minutes before being able to check in as there was only 1 staff who was on the telephone. I was not alone > 1 other guest was waiting too Same for ordering dinner > had to wait more than 10 minutes before someone was available to get my order.

It was a great experience in a great hotel. I truly enjoyed the deluxe twin room. A walk-in shower was nice and everything was excellent. The location of the venue was residential, short walk to Rotterdam and other cities in the neighbourhood, the Netherlands, and a deserted business park❤👌

Additionally, the location of the hotel near a shopping mall and easily accessible by public transport was a convenient bonus.

The location of this hotel is excellent, with easy access from the nearby motorway and convenient transport links to the centre of Rotterdam. The staff were welcoming and provided good service throughout my stay. The room, although small, was functional and had all the basic amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed with snuggly duvet and pillows.

- 'room service' = you have to pick up your own food. the food in the hotel is half-edible. I was served shrimps with re-used oil + pasta with cold vegetables (looks like non-properly microwaved instant food).

The ground floor room had a huge ant problem!

The place had a comfortable atmosphere. The rooms were spotless and nicely decorated, in need of a deep cleaning especially the carpets. A personal safe, an air conditioning and an electronic key card were there too.

Christmas at the hotel was lovely! I really enjoyed the festive decorations and the cozy atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was great, offering a variety of options including fresh fruit and delicious pastries. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring nearby cities and attractions, with easy access to public transportation. Plus, the free parking was a major plus!

Although the hotel experience was enjoyable, I did find the room to be a bit on the small side. The bathroom was cramped and had no counter space, making it difficult to get ready in the mornings.
