The particularly good and practical location in front of the train station was just what I needed. I had savoury breakfasts with a fried egg.

The hotel's position was perfect and incredible, just off the train station Bussum-Zuid which is roughly 20min from Amsterdam Centraal, train stop and Bussum, and RAI congress center. All the staff were helpful giving some tips about the city...

I had a wonderful stay at the Bastion Hotel in Bussum. The location was perfect, with easy access to the train into Amsterdam. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep every night. The staff at the hotel were excellent, always providing friendly and helpful service with a smile. They were truly multitasking heroes, going above and beyond to assist guests and make their stay enjoyable. I also appreciated the good tea and coffee making facilities in the room. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, comfy bed, and amazing staff.

Trendy boutique reasonably priced hotel with pleasant staff. Location: great, just off Amsterdam in 30 minutes, local shops and restaurants, of which there are plenty nearby and rail station. Also, right off a train stop.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

We stayed in the twin room equipped with minibar and free internet access. The staff was competent, efficient.

I recently stayed at the Bastion Hotel in Bussum for a quick business trip. The location next to the P+R was incredibly convenient, and the friendly staff were always there to answer my questions. Free parking right in front of the hotel was an added bonus. The room was a decent size and well laid out, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean, especially the lovely shower. Despite facing the station, the noise was hardly noticeable with the windows open. The breakfast was delicious, with a particular highlight being the freshly cooked omelette and eggs.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Savoury and free breakfast with variety of options, relaxing and clean place. Variety of outstanding food for meals. Good and practical location for our needs, very close to Schiphol airport, the railway station at Bussum Zuid and local shops and train station😃

I loved the convenient location next to the train station, making it really easy to explore nearby cities like Amsterdam and Utrecht in under half an hour. The hotel facilities and cleanliness were impressive, and the parking was great. The staff were also friendly and provided excellent service.

great to be able to park the car for free and take the train to Amsterdam - station is right next door - must make sure you have lots of coins to be able to get trainticket out of the machine - doesn't take credit cards or notes.

Beds and pillows in my deluxe queen room were exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and free as expected with a fried egg. Most of the staffs were fantastic. Its location was great and quiet, next to the train stop.

We had a pleasant stay at a Bastion Hotel in a quiet location near the railway station. The front staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel had a spacious parking area and the rooms were clean and fresh. It was convenient to have a fridge in the room and the breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold options. The hotel also had restaurant facilities available until 10pm, which was convenient for us.
