The room was airy & updated with bedrooms, comfy King size beds, showers. The location was quiet - really close to the Boulevard shopping centre, and a quiet area. Also, it was near Banbridge Golf Club.

It's fairly clean, ideal hotel and the staff is fairly friendly. The building is very good and the rooms are huge with showers, comfy King size beds, for instance. The venue has a lovely location, to the Boulevard shopping centre. The restaurant serves excellent homemade food.

The meals in the bar were fab! The staff were helpful and excellent all the time. The location was excellent - close enough to the grounds, the Boulevard shopping centre and restaurant.

Facilities were good, nevertheless Wi-Fi was low.

The hotel was ideal and exactly what we needed. The room was big size, updated and had a flat-screen television, a dining area and a seating area. The food was superb, we enjoyed it.

Well, it was a comfortable stay for a wedding. The food was lovely - a huge variety of options. This location was particularly good and unbeatable, right by the Boulevard shopping centre, restaurant and the city center.

The staff was very good, the accommodation was quirky and fairly clean. Wake-up service, available in my standard queen room, was a nice bonus. Good services were available. The location was incredible and marvellous, very close to restaurant, and Belfast.

This place is recently refurbished and the staff are competent. The rooms are a nice size and airy here with bedrooms and comfy King size beds plus showers. It offers convenient, excellent location. Thank you for a brilliant stay, would recomand.
