We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and we found the location to be within walking distance of the downtown area. Additionally, the hotel was very clean and had excellent amenities.

One of the friendliest staffs we've encountered in Germany. excellent breakfast (although coffee was very strong) and large, comfortable rooms. Five minute walk from downtown.

The minibar was not existing, but we could find all we needed in a close-by supermarket.

The hotel is in quiet place. It's quiet itself (not so many people). It's near beautiful old centre of the town. It's near the autobahn. Breakfast is fine.

Conveniently located near restaurants and public transportation. The in-house parking ensures the safety of vehicles. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

The Wi-Fi connection is spotty and unreliable. There are no refrigerators or pots in the rooms.

I liked almost everything about this hotel.

The one issue I had was a room on the main road side of the hotel, which was not as quiet as a rear room I had previouly stayed in.

Location and price are good.

The first room they offered me had not been cleaned since the last guest! The second room had garbage in the toilet bin since the last guest (as I discovered later). Internet access was slow so I could not Skype or watch videos.

The gym - which clearly was not a gym was absoultely appalling - it consisted on a excercise bike. Staff were no alwaysa visible on the form desk. On more than one occasion we had to wait for staff to return from the office or another room etc.

Tea and cofffee making facilities in room. Good size room especially for single. Windows opened fully. Decent breakfast for 8 Euro.

Not sure how it would be in a hot summer as there appeared to be no air conditioning. Not a problem at this time of year though. A bit far from Stuttgart but easy 5 min walk to train.

billing issue

The rooms were spacious and bigger than most double rooms, especially considering the price. The hotel had a strategic location, being within a 5-minute walk to the town center and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel had modern furnishings and fast internet. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of cheeses, sausages, veggies, and an OK variety. Additionally, there was a huge supermarket nearby, as well as plenty of places to eat and drink in the old city center. For those who enjoy running, there were fields less than 1km away.

Felt very lucky to have found it, nothing to complain about.

It is an OK hotel for a business trip.

The WiFi Internet did not work at all for 3 of the 4 days I was there.
