The room was well-equipped and large, had own bathroom. The location was stunning and beautiful - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

I had spotless, budget room with a little refrigerator and a safe box.

No-smoking hotel (above all for safety reasons, because of all the wood), run by nice family; generous breakfast (the young children of the family also eat in the breakfast room, which for me was OK); the previous evening, their pre-teen son helped me on the phone get their free internet going. Extra blanket in closet compensates for weak heating. OK for one night.

Weak heating, which didn't invite me to the shared shower; after 18:00, you can only talk with them by phone, which for foreigners means roaming charges; no towel in room; door locks seem weak and about to fail; credit card costs 8% extra. I worried a bit about leaving my computer in the room while at dinner. A sign in the room warned smokers and drug users of dire consequences.

Good bed made my room good value for money. Having shower facilities, a hairdryer, and fresh towels was a bonus. Location: the hotel was right by Rotterdam, very close to the old town and port, în Delfshaven area, a subway station and the old town of Rotterdam.

The location was perfectly comfortable, for example, War & Resistance Museum was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

I got budget room with view over the dock. The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent because it was just next door to the riverside, the nearest metro, and the attractions.

Easy to find, about 15 minute walk from centre of Rotterdam. Nice large room with TV and bathroom with tea/coffee making facilities. Very quiet part of Rotterdam but also very nice.

The standard triple room had all necessary amenities. Absolutely perfect and nice location, it was next to a subway station. Moreover, Pilgrim Fathers Church and other places worth exploring were next to the hotel.

Our stay at the hotel was nice.. we stayed two nights. The room was clean and the service was friendly. The only problems really were that we stayed on a friday night and the room above us had some very beligerent and noisy people who didnt be quiet until 4am. That and the room tended to be a bit chilly and therr was no way to turn up the heat a bit. Other than that, the breakfast was nice and the location was decent as well.

I recently stayed at Hotel Baan for a few nights with friends and I can't recommend it highly enough. The location is fantastic, with a short walk to shops, cafes, and the metro station. The room was clean, spacious, and had a fantastic view. The shower had great temperature and pressure. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even letting us stay in a 3-bed room from the beginning. the hotel surpassed my expectations in terms of location, facilities, and price.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
