The room is reasonably large and updated on the third-floor, also they can offer wake-up service. The hotel has stunning location and very pleasant staff who provided excellent service.

Location close enough to Riviera Maya, Cancun airport and Puerto Morelos and the Karisma resorts. Great food in the full-service restaurant in the vicinity.

The staff was caring and the setting was beautiful and amazing. Very comfy beds and a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a mini-fridge-bar:)))

The room was well-appointed and well-maintained, really enjoyed the luxurious bathroom it had. The location was beautiful and wonderful, in an isolated area, and the view was spectacular, too. Moreover, it was just next door to the market for an all inclusive vacation, and the Seafood festival.

I had an amazing time at this resort. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially when it came to my meal preferences. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. I loved lounging in the large rooms and on the beach cabanas. The location was perfect, close to the airport and conveniently located outside of the hustle and bustle of Puerto Morellos. Additionally, the breakfast options were great!

the pool was clean and i had alcoholic drinks in the sushi bar. the staff was professional and hard-working from my arrival up until i left. the location was lovely and perfect, to various places of interest, in the secure area.

We spent Christmas at this resort and enjoyed the festive decorations and activities. They had a Christmas tree in the lobby and offered a special dinner on Christmas Eve. The hotel was also located near a small village where we could go shopping and explore. the pools were clean and refreshing after spending time on the beach.

The food at the resort was subpar. The buffet was always crowded and the food was often dry and tasteless.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its exclusive amenities and top-notch service. The outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by a gorgeous garden area, complete with sun loungers and beach umbrellas for ultimate comfort. The restaurant offers a buffet breakfast and delicious dinner options, catering to special diet menus, and the poolside snack bar serves amazing snacks.

While the night club provided great live entertainment, I found it quite noisy and would've preferred a more peaceful setting. Additionally, the sauna could have been warmer.

We were pleasantly surprised by the top-notch tequila selection and the knowledgeable bartender who helped us choose the best ones to take home. The resort is perfect for families, with a great kids' club and plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. Our swim-out suite near the small pool was conveniently located and the room itself was lovely. The resort's aesthetics are picture-perfect, making it a dream for Instagram enthusiasts. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return.

The beach had some seaweed, but the staff worked hard to keep it clean. The pools were on the cold side, except for one warm pool near the swim-up suites.
