The room was themed, they served extensive breakfast and there was caring staff. It had things I needed, including a small mini bar, a safe, and a coffee maker. The location was ideal, right by the major sights, the local restaurants and the tourist attractions and easily accessible. In general the service was very good.

Besides, the location was marvellous for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of Plaza. They gave us clean queen room with a bidet too.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were very slow.

we liked the convenience of the double room with large windows. the hotel's location was unbeatable, adjacent to old town and the bus station and which is good for those who want to see the city and nearby beach.

Loved our stay, had great 1 day overall. The breakfast was very very good with dairy free options and an excellent coffee, for instance, and the facilities were excellent. The check in was smooth, the staff was welcoming.

I loved this modern place, stayed there for 1 night. The staff were pleasant, great location to the main post office. What's more, it was short walk to the public areas, the three beaches and San Sebastián for a cocer match. The breakfast was very good with good coffee and local ingredients, had everything you could want. The service was welcoming in my opinion.

The hotel's location was great, right by receptionist other than one experience, and the main bus terminal.
