The hotel's location was quiet, just next door to a private beach and town centre and dining options. The rooms were nicely furnished and brand-new, with coffee and a couch, comfortable bed.

The staff are particularly helpful and helpful, managed the parking onsite. The location is beautiful, just a short stroll away from Playa.

Many things to mention - everything was clean, nice food, amazing views. The hotel was in the beachfront setting on the coast. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was exceptional! Besides, I parked on-site. I appreciated to be in this place.

Text: We recently stayed at a hotel in a beautiful beachfront location. The direct access to the beach was a major highlight. Although there were a few drawbacks, like a lack of hot water and outdated rooms, the affordable price and convenient amenities made it a worthwhile stay. I would recommend this hotel for a quick stopover.

It was air-conditioned, generous-sized and in the sofa bed. The location was beautiful - next to the shore, supermarkets and restaurants, and other areas;)))

Beachfront location in the center a kilometer away. Besides, easy to get to Catholic Church...

The location in a very nice area was peaceful and there where a market and a convenience store nearby.

The location was perfect, with a small white sand beach right on our doorstep, surrounded by tropical palm trees. We loved lounging on the comfortable beds and sunbeds, soaking up the sun and listening to the gentle sound of the waves. The hotel was also conveniently located near many delicious restaurants, allowing us to hop off the beach and enjoy a variety of tasty meals. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities and a beautiful view of the ocean. We especially appreciated the friendly and attentive service from the staff. it was a fantastic experience.

The cleaning policy could have been improved, as the room was only serviced every three days.

When I am in Puerto Morelos, I like staying here. Absolutely great and quiet place, it has nice staff in the reception desk. The room is exceptionally clean and appropriate with exceptional views of the ocean.

Came here for 14 days, the hotel was nicely presented, it had beautiful location short walk to Close to the beach, other areas of condo and the centre. Good service, though a few employees were a bit rude. The rooms were nicely furnished and had an incredibly beautiful view of the ocean.

The bathroom was very small, I didn't like it.

The hotel had a great beachfront location with palm trees, parasols, and chaise lounges. The spacious suite had comfortable beds and pillows and plenty of closet and drawer space. The staff quickly resolved any issues with the air conditioning. The convenient location allowed for a peaceful stay while still being able to walk into town.
