I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel for a few nights and I must say, I was highly impressed. The location of the hotel, especially in the Cafeteria near the river, provided a picturesque setting that enhanced the overall experience. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating and air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort. I also appreciated the mini-bar and in-room safe for added convenience. The staff here were exceptional, providing excellent service and always going above and beyond to cater to my needs.

I highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It offers a range of services such as room service, bicycle hire, shops/commercial services, and medical facilities, which are all valuable additions to enhance the stay.

Great location, surrounded by beautiful forest and facing a peaceful river, this hotel offers excellent walking areas and outdoor car parking. The facilities were well kept and clean. The SPA treatments provided were top-notch and professional. We especially enjoyed the big terrace area in "Alvea," the swimming pool, with stunning river views, where we relaxed and had free juice or tea.

No eggs were offered, and the bacon was difficult to eat, very undercooked. The pillows were very uncomfortable and the A/C was not able to heat the rooms sufficiently.

The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, with spotless facilities and well-maintained rooms. The location near the river made for a peaceful and scenic environment. The staff, especially in the Cafeteria, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delectable with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Nestled in a serene forest, this 3-star hotel offers a breathtaking view of the river. The friendly staff at the cafeteria provided excellent service and the walking area near the river was an added bonus. The spacious room had basic amenities and the simple breakfast and good diner were satisfying. The SPA treatments were professional and satisfactory.

The hotel needs to improve the quality of their Cafeteria's food.
