The place is incredibly beautiful, the staff are immensely pleasant and accommodating.

The venue is clean, with absolutely perfect and marvellous location next to the bus stop leading directly to Palma.

Pleasant hip new hotel with airy and modern rooms. Very amiable and amazing friendly employees with nice manners. Absolutely perfect location in the very very nice area, really close to the beach, transport and beautiful beachfront.

Location: the hotel was next to Near to bus station, the Aquarium which is around 1 mile away and transport, beach, extra activities.

The location of Luxor was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and convenient for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and well-furnished. The room had a nice balcony with a pool view. The breakfast and dinner options were great, with plenty of choices and fresh food. I had a pleasant stay at Luxor and would recommend it to others.

The room was very clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the pool. The cleaning staff did a great job and provided fresh towels every day. The location was also a plus, just 200 yards away from a beautiful beach with clear blue water.

The staff was quite unfriendly and unhelpful. They made incorrect assumptions about the guests and didn't make an effort to provide a warm welcome.

Located on a quiet residential road, the hotel is conveniently situated near some great dining and drinking options such as the restaurant Alaska, which serves delicious sharing plates for only €12. It is also just a short ride from the airport in a taxi. The hotel offers spacious rooms with nice views of the pool, and the staff at the front desk is very friendly.

Some guests have mentioned that the cleaning staff could improve their job, as there were days when the room was not cleaned or when towels were not changed.

The pool area was beautiful, with plenty of sun loungers and a refreshing swimming pool where I could unwind and soak up the sun. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel.

The breakfast buffet was very good, with a lot of variety of food and fresh fruits. The staff were always polite and friendly, giving us tips for excursions and activities to do in the area. The location was perfect, with the bus stop just around the corner, making it easy to go anywhere we wanted. We also enjoyed the cozy and comfortable bed that allowed us to have a good night's sleep.

The hotel's facilities need some updating. The pool was too small and not heated, which was a bit disappointing during the winter season.

Clean, spacious junior suite with pool view, mini fridge, and good air conditioning. Delicious breakfast buffet with omelette/egg chef. Well-maintained gardens and pools.
