The location was magnificent and favourable - right by a food store in a very nice area of Medellin and a large Carulla supermarket within crawling : distance and Carrulla 24 hour freshmarket. The most very friendly and fantastic friendly staff I ever met. I had comfy huge room with laundry as well as a great view of South Medellin & Envigado.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were very rude.

Excellent hotel with pleasant views and amazing location in El Poblado. Location very close to the taxi, the Santa Fe Mall, 100 yards from the Oviedo Mall, and shopping malls and a food store. For tea or coffee visit Iogu Santafe nearby. The room was comfy, the breakfast was wonderful. Many things to like: great bed, fresh food, excellent staff. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made me feel very welcome. Secondly, the location was perfect for me as it was near both Oviedo and Santa Fe malls, as well as being within walking distance of some great restaurants. Additionally, the rooms were well-equipped with a small kitchen, and I was lucky enough to have a room with a great view of South Medellin & Envigado. Lastly, I really appreciated having breakfast included in my stay, which saved me time and money in the mornings.

The hotel is conveniently located near shopping malls and a food store, making it easy to get everything you need. The apartment is clean and comfortable with a great view of the city. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is friendly and helpful. The bathroom has plenty of hot water and is modernly equipped. the hotel facilities are up-to-date and impressive, guaranteeing a delightful stay.
Their VAT policy seems to be unclear and caused dissatisfaction among some customers.

I booked a room with a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe. The service was excellent, no complains at all. The location was convenient and perfect, to everything than that, in the very nice area.
