The nicest place to stay when travelling to Playa del Carmen. Breakfast with dishes laid out on the kitchen counter.

Our stay here was great, amazing base for exploring Playa del Carmen. Loved our rooms with all the comforts. The service was friendly and the food was excellent. The location of this quiet and incredible hotel was incredible, near supermarket. Lucky that it was just a short stroll away from Pizzas Don Goyo, offering food to go. The staff was lovely and kind and we will be back.

Its king studio was impressive with basic body shampoo and a balcony, as example.

The services are efficient, including a clean pool.

The place was fairly clean, I booked the king studio with garden views, everything was great. The staff were lovely! The hotel had an incredible and particularly good location to the Chedraui supermarket. Moreover, it's really close to a nice neighbourhood, a main avenue to beach, and restaurants and super markets.

Its location just a short walk away from Parking was quiet and nice. The room was budget and a nice size, had private bathroom.

Convenient location near park, supermarket, and bookstore. Fully equipped kitchen in spacious, clean rooms. Friendly staff and beautiful courtyard. Reliable Wi-Fi in common areas. Peaceful and safe neighborhood.

These are bright, clean rooms in a quiet residential area, Breakfast is provided (a good quality continental breakfast) even though the rooms have kitchen facilities. They also provide purified water in a cooling unit, a real PLUS in Mexico, Free Internet in our room was a great bonus.

None of the staff spoke English but the owner was very quick to respond to our emails even on weekends. This is not really a complaint: the real problem is that we don't speak Spanish. We used Google to translate and provide short written notes to the staff.

This hotel is fantastic value for money! Given the price we didn't set our values too high and the word budget was one that came to mind. Having stayed there we couldn'y have been so wrong. A team of 3 ladies came and cleaned the room every day, fresh bedsheets and towels, changing the bins and sweeping and mopping the floor. We certainly didn't expect that every day for the price. Breakfast was a choice of 3 cereals and also toast with various jams, honey etc and fresh fruit along with tea and coffee. Ideally located about a 20 minute walk from the beach in a quieter part of Playa del Carmen. The apartment was a good size and had everything we needed for our stay. Overall we were very impressed with the overall experience of staying in this hotel. There is a swimming pool too!

The hotel is perfect as it is! Without asking for swim-up bars and pool tables etc, which would not be realistic for a hotel of this size and budget there is nothing we can think of to improve the hotel.

The hotel was clean and had delightfully helpful and very responsive staff. The room was neat and nicely furnished, and contained facilities we needed. Plus we had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe. The location was quiet, for example, Yucatek Divers was around 10-15 minutes walk from the property. Loved our stay.

Didn't like the area, it was bustling.

The atmosphere of the hotel was tropical and inviting, and the spacious apartment had everything I needed. The pool was conveniently located across the road. I highly recommend this hotel.

Listening to the birds at breakfast and the village noises of a different country. I'm fron the U.S.. I liked the walks to the beach every day. I think I saw how the town people really live we always tried to take a different rout on our walks.

Lots of interesting people from many countries to talk to. Very good breakfast included in the room rate, with excellent coffee.
