This hotel was a great find! The location is fantastic, with everything you need just a short walk away from the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had everything we needed, including a balcony to enjoy the beautiful views. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options.

During my Easter holiday in Cusco, the hotel offered a great breakfast with a variety of delicious food options. The location was amazing, with several attractions and landmarks within walking distance. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, providing excellent customer service.

The hotel was lacking in some areas. The WiFi signal was not very strong and inconsistent, making it difficult to stay connected. Additionally, the rooms were a bit small and cramped, with limited space for personal belongings. However, despite these minor downsides, my overall experience at the hotel was pleasant and enjoyable.

During my xmas stay, I appreciated the free cocoa tea and the warm welcome from the staff. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was situated within a short walk to the main plaza with easy access to fine dining and shops. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of fresh fruits, bread, pastries, yogurt, and juices that my family enjoyed.

The unreliable and slow Wi-Fi was a real drawback of the hotel, especially during my kids' online schooling. despite the dated but spacious rooms, our shower's water temperature was inconsistent and hard to adjust.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, just a short walk away from the main plaza. You'll have everything you need right at your fingertips, from ATMs to fine dining options. The proximity to the Peruvian Rail office is also a plus, making it convenient for those planning a trip to Machu Picchu.

During my stay, I found the hotel to be in a prime location, situated on a pedestrian street. Within walking distance to the main square, it made it easy to navigate the city. The common outdoor area was a highlight. Even though it was cold, the area was pleasant and a perfect spot for a morning coffee. Not a single detail was overlooked in the well-appointed bathroom and comfortable room. The inclusive breakfast was an outstanding offering with fresh juices and various vegetarian options.

The noise level from the surrounding area was high, unfortunately affecting my sleep at times.
