The hotel is located in a charming area very close to the lake, with lovely gardens and a warm pool. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, providing guests with E-bikes to explore the surroundings and a rental car available on site for a reasonable price. The rooms were comfortable, with large balconies offering amazing views of the pool and lake, and ample storage space.

There was no restaurant available in the hotel.

Very friendly attentive staff , which made our stay a pleasure.Free use of electric assisted bicycles which allowed us to explore the local areas (on pathways)by the lake at a leisurely pace.calm and relaxing surroundings with a view of the lake.

I was not much in the hotel : I did excursions by car.

No possibility to have dinner, but I can understand : there is lots of competition at walking distance and the hotel would then to be adapted into a permanent restaurant -hotel.

Great design & welcoming staff. The hotel's interior design is beautiful and modern, without feeling cold. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The location is ideal, just a short walk from a beautiful lake-side promenade and close to several good restaurants.

Breakfast could have been better. While the cooked breakfast was outstanding, the fresh orange juice was missing.

The staff were so helpful, it was very comfortable and well located with excellent facilities including free parking and bicycle hire.

The hotel was in a location surrounded by apartment blocks and the rooms were way too hot.We were unable to sleep and there was no air conditioning nor fans.

The location of the hotel was perfect, being close to the lake and having easy access to free bicycles added to the charm of our city trip. The staff were friendly and provided useful tips for day trips in the area. The garden and the pool area were lovely places to relax and soak in the sun.

The number and size of bicycles available were limited, and during peak hours, many guests wanted to use them. , the view from some rooms was only partial, so if you want a good view, you need to request a room on a higher floor.
