The hotel is located in a spacious area with great outdoor pools and a clean beach. The women's facilities, including the spa, sauna, and steam room, were amazing and provided a relaxing experience. The staff, especially Nuzhet, Bahar, and Zuhal, were friendly and made us feel welcome.

The variety of desserts and fruit at the dining area was lacking and often repetitive.

Spending my Christmas holiday at this hotel was a great decision. The location was perfect, right by the beach, and the panoramic view from my room was stunning. enjoying the breathtaking view, I loved the buffet-style dining options and the variety of dishes to choose from. , the staff was polite, professional, and attentive to my needs, especially considering the language barrier.

The daily activities and nightly entertainment were perfect for families and very enjoyable, especially for the kids. The location was also great with the beach and pools just a short walk away. The buffet offered a variety of food options and the free drinks and snacks were a nice touch.

The saltwater pool and the outdoor swimming pool were impressive, with sun loungers available on the sun terrace. The entertainment was good too, with live shows every night at the night club, as well as a seasonal aqua park for kids. I loved the bar and snack bar, serving delicious food and drinks all day long. The location was also great, with beach access just a few steps away.

The only minor issue was that the room service could have been better. I experienced a bit of a language barrier when ordering something, which made it take longer than expected to receive my order.
