Attentive staff and handy location close to the Tram stop which goes to the daily market, everything was good. Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the well-organised apartment with balconies. A safe box, a sofa bed and central heating were a nice touch.

The location was HANDY near the city centre and the staff here was well-trained and excellent. Booked wheelchair accessible room with a balcony and dishwasher, which I really appreciated.

Literally a10 minute pleasant downhill walk to port. Very clean ans safe area of marseille.. Also very quiet location in comparison to a port side hotel where it is very noisy.

One very small gripe. I needed to print our return boarding card for flight home and hotel staff were reluctant to do it. Felt that it would have been a small service to us and could have saved us a lot of time .

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with a kitchen and all necessary utensils. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the sea and the city center. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout my stay.

The breakfast could be improved with a wider variety of options.

It was great to have a small kitchen which was well equipped! The hotel looks relatively new and although the area is not the best, it is only a short walk downtown.

The floors in the bedroom still had dirt and old tissues on them!

the staff was very helpful and very amiable which was not true of many of the people we encountered in the service industry in France. At Adagio the staff was welcoming, friendly and always ready to answer questions and help out. We found the accomodations to be very comfortable and clean. The wi-fi worked reasonably well and went a long way to helping us with our various activities. The locations was unbeatable. I would stay there again if I ever return to Marseille.

I would have liked to see some basic necessities such as salt, pepper, sugar and oil in the kitchen. Also the coffee maker did not have filters and we ended up buying a simple stove top espresso maker for very little which made excellent coffee.
