About
The World Hotel Awards by Booked.net were established with the goal of providing traveller with lists of the best value for money accommodation in any destination worldwide.
Our awards are given after measuring and calculating a value for money score to generate lists for any destination.
To do this we:
- Aggregate data from 18 global and local review sites.
- Analyse more than 3 billion guest reviews for 300,000-plus accommodation types and categories.
- Use an algorithm that measures the value score. The score is based on the level of customer satisfaction in the type of accommodation compared to the price you pay. This then allows us to list the best, highly recommended and recommended accommodation in every category.
The awards apply to any type of accommodation, from hotels to villas and apartments. Accommodation is awarded at a country, regional and city or specific destination level for accommodation type, theme and star rating.
The Best, Highly Recommended, and Recommended accommodation is awarded.
