The Alley Theatre is a performing arts venue located in Houston, Texas. It was opened in 1968 and has been a popular attraction for tourists ever since. The theater houses two indoor stages - the Hubbard Stage, which seats 774 people, and the Neuhaus Stage, with a capacity of 310. One of the unique features of the Alley Theatre is the bronze sculpture outside of the building, titled "The Alley Theatre Mural." It was created by artist Mel Chin and depicts notable actors and characters from plays performed at the theater over the years.
