London County Hall is a historic building situated on the South Bank of the River Thames, directly across from the Houses of Parliament. Erected between 1911 and 1939, it initially served as the seat to the London County Council – and later, the Greater London Council. Designed by architect Ralph Knott, it boasts a grand Baroque Revival façade with Portland stone and decorative iron railings. The building houses the London Sea Life Aquarium, home to over 500 species of marine life; Shrek's Adventure London, a family-friendly live-action experience; and the London Dungeon, offering thrilling interactive shows about London's darker history.
