It's new, therefore the staff is still learning and may have forgotten to mention a few things, but that will come with time.

In general: The worst! Cannot say it enough- THE WORST EXPERIENCE!

We expected nothing more than a place to lay our heads but the apartment made our stay with the lounge offered in the basement open to all guests 24/7 with games and a laptop on a huge TV screen and smoking areas. The concierge, Mario, was so helpful, friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do more for you.
