Breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly

Great location near canal, also short walk to shopping and heritage district. Contemporary room with lots of power outlets for the wired tourist.

Room very dirty cupboards in bathroom falling apart bed head was falling apart. Sheets on bed made me very itchy.

This is a good clean 3* hotel but needs a good update, what makes it a 5* are the employees they just can't do enough for you, especially JERMAINE from the animation team, never overpowering, just a bundle of fun who made our stay so enjoyable, thank you Jermaine. ROOM.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Facilities were clean and well cared for.

Ideal location
Rooms need a make over or lick of paint balcony not really safe for kids been and enjoyed it was thinking about taking my grandchild but balcony puts me of needs to be made more stronger
