The staff was very friendly. I forgot some belongings in the room and realized until I got to the airport, very kind driver took me back to the hotel and back to the airport. I was very satisfied with the attention and service.

I liked that all the workers of the hotel were very attentive to your needs and they made a client to feel comfortable during the stay. The food was very good, because they had it for children and adults.

Excellent location and perfect for groups of up to 6 people per suite. I stayed in a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed . It has a kitchenette, which is great for people with dietary restrictions .

If your question about the bathtub refers to the bathroom in general I think the bathroom is small but it has all the right elements for a modern and adequate bathroom. I like the hotel in general and its staff/

The beds are very comfortable, they were clean, with clean sheets, the floor and bathroom clean in general. The location is good, you can walk around and enjoy the downtown area while walking, the customer service was very good, they helped us and gave us advice on where and what to visit, etc.

The best thing was the attention of the staff. We were served by a lady named Danielle and she was a wonderful person. Everything you would expect from a good, kind, efficient, and concerned attention about the guest. We were delighted with her. My congratulations and thanks.

We loved the level of inclusion of your facility. You can use all its amenities like steam, sauna, jacuzzi and more. A great place to relax as a family; ideal for both adults and children. The food is delicious and at a good price. Besides you can also do your shopping and cook things in the room with the micro and everything that includes the room.

What I liked most was the location, since it's in the heart of downtown San Antonio, so you can walk to the best attractions in town without a car, since the area is also very safe. And at the same time it's perfectly connected to the main roads, which allows you to move easily to the surrounding areas like the Pearl District, for example.

The bed is very comfortable, the big room, the bathroom as well, all the staff is very friendly. The best thing about the whole spa, you can make use of steam sauna jacuzzi and showers for free and it's like a five star spa. The hotel is small, tasteful and well located.

Everything was great including the beautiful city view. Excellent breakfast,15 minutes walk to the center, or I took a tram in front of the hotel very often, because I didn't want to use the hotel's parking at extra charge.

The hotel is very close to all the places we wanted to visit, Six Flags, La Cantera, San Marcos Outlet as well as Wal-Mart and Costco. And the very kind, nice attention of Mr. Receptionist I don't remember his name well, but I think his name is Rajesh.

bedrooms are very spacious, basic American breakfast is good, I like the area, it is very easy and fast to walk around, preferably if you have to. It is near some bars and very close by car to the stadium.

A great place to go with kids, the night of roasting was unforgettable, and my 2-year-old baby was very happy. The open spaces and facilities are ideal for the little ones. One more plus is the very friendly staff.

I didn't really get to try the breakfast, the location of the hotel is excellent, you are in the center near all the bars and restaurants as well as the tourist points of the city. I am used to see more quality in the hotel rooms for the same price, it seems to me that it is a little neglected in some details, but it is quite clean and very comfortable.

Everything, I loved everything! The hotel is very well located, very close to the Paseo del Rio. An Uno's few steps away. The breakfast they offer is very complete and very tasty. I loved the cleanliness of the whole building. I highly recommend it!

Spacious room and excellent Extra King bed! The breakfast leaves much to be desired since, yet pefrect for people who like waffles! It is a very quiet and well connected place.

location of the hotel is excellent. Clean venue, friendly staff, overall very good. Only on the internet it says that parking is free and they charge you 20 dollars per day. Everything else is very good with the hotel.
