Strategic and absolutely perfect location minutes from Matsushima Shrine. Well-equipped units with double bed, toothbrushes, for example, and excellent staff.

Loved this luxury hotel, easy to find, with exceptionally nice staff like services. We ate in the modest restaurant which is made like a bar which was reasonably priced. It was reasonably large and the beds were comfortable here. The location was exceptionally nice, close to Matsushima Shrine. Also, the area was nice quiet.

Pleasant and perfect hotel with welcoming personnel at the reception desk. Savoury breakfast with rice and sausages and a microwave in the lobby.

Thank you for providing me with a very nice stay. The venue is perfect and luxury, its location is favourable, very close to 2 subway stations, convenience stores and reasonably-priced restaurants and ginza and the imperial palace which was approx 30min walk and a supermarket.

There was a wide range of good meals. The staff was very welcoming the entire time. Location: the hotel was just off Toei and Metro. There were a wide range of restaurants to eat, like Tempura Nakayama that was only 5 minutes' walk away...

We had a comfortable stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn. The location was convenient, with a short walk to the TCAT terminal and nearby metro station. The staff were friendly and helpful, and despite the small room size, it was clean and comfortable. we would recommend this hotel for its value, location, and service.

The hotel had a central location and it was few metres away from Suginomori Shrine.

24 minutes drive to the airport, it is located near 2 metro stations. The hotel staff is very-very nice and pleasant. They offer modern, functional rooms with fresh towels and good water pressure, as for instance.

Functional hotel with very nice stuff at the reception desk and very good Wi-Fi. Plenty of products for a cheap breakfast. Early check-in, late check-out. Top location in a beautiful neighborhood. Based not far from the main train station as well as Nihonbashi and JR Tokyo station.

There are good rates in the property. All in all, it's pleasant place that has polite and courteous staff at the reception desk. Having central heating, multi-channel TV and a refrigerator in our neat and compact room. The restaurant is great and the food is great.

The room is reasonably priced. It is equipped with a tub, which is a bonus.

Great value hotel with VERY ATTENTIVE staff like services, liked our staying. The property was set in a central area not far from multiple metro lines as well as 3 convenience store as well as 2 subway line. It was close to Shinten, where you can have dinner.

Marvellous and convenient location - few metres away from Suginomori Shrine. Pleasant personnel like services.

Beds were not that comfortable.

I recently stayed at Sotetsu Fresa Inn in Ningyocho for a week-long trip to Tokyo. The location was fantastic, with easy access to two subway stations and within walking distance of Tokyo Station. The room was small but clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable and the soundproofing was excellent. I appreciated the daily room cleaning service and the option to store luggage after check-out. The staff were friendly and the check-out process was quick and efficient.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was great value for vegetarians, and the staff was exceptional. The double room was brand-new, had a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and climate control. The location was good and perfect, right by the 3 metro lines as well as 2 subway stations serving 2 different lines. It was surely a nice stay for one night or more;)))
