Nationwide Arena is a multipurpose arena located in downtown Columbus, Ohio. It is home to the Columbus Blue Jackets of the National Hockey League and also hosts numerous concerts, sporting events, and shows every year. The arena opened in September 2000 and has a seating capacity of up to 19,500 people.
