Great value for money, especially considering the prices in the area. The staff were attentive, friendly, and provided excellent service. The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to the main gondola and the charming old square in Bansko where there are lovely traditional Bulgarian restaurants.

Spacious, comfortable apartment. En-suite and clean family bathroom. shower. Extra amenities like full-size fridge and coffee machine. Access to sister hotel facilities. Perfect for skiing in Bansko.

The hotel's location was fantastic, being so close to the gondola for skiing. We were impressed by the free shuttle service available, even though the hotel was within walking distance to the gondola. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great, including a full-size fridge, oven, and coffee machine in our spacious and comfortable apartment.

I enjoyed the affordable price of the hotel, which was great for my budget. The location was also convenient, with key attractions and amenities within walking distance. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing good customer service throughout my stay.
There were a few downsides to my experience. The rooms were quite small and the walls were thin, so I could hear noise from neighboring rooms.
