Truly enjoyed the location, it was marvellous and convenient not far from the night bazaar and old town, Doi Suthep, and King's Palace, and the proper zz house.

Air conditioned rooms complete with the balcony, AC, for example, pretty friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel offers great location close to the scenic river...

Peaceful location and overall the staff was responsible and welcoming. My family king room with fridge, good beds, as for instance was new-fashioned. The atmosphere created was family.

Sadly, but there was dust in some areas.

Location so close to a big supermarket nearby, the Krathong festival happened, and a market too. A good choice of food options within easy walking distance of the venue. Very comfortable building and rooms with all the cutlery etc.

Beds were a bit hard.

All in all an absolutely amazing stay, the venue met every demand. The hotel was wonderful small and absolutely amazing, the staff were very welcoming. The suite was brand-new and the bed was good. The location was good and decent, for example, Iron Bridge was within easy walking distance of the property.

Had GREAT stay for two nights. The personnel was superbly friendly and welcoming, and the owner too. Everything was simply very comfortable.

The room was air-conditioned & new-fashioned with sink on the balcony where many insects fly, fans, A/C. Having a shower and fresh towels was a bonus.

The room was well-equipped with all the cutlery etc, with essentials required. The location was nice - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go.

Zzhouse in Chiang Mai exceeded our expectations in every way. Boyd, the owner, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with planning our trip. The guesthouse itself was clean and comfortable, with hot showers and ample coffee/tea. Boyd also helped us arrange trips and even called taxis for us. The nearby restaurant he recommended was excellent. Additionally, the price was very affordable, making it great value for money.

Could not be improved in any way.

The rooms were great-sized with fridge, loved it. The hotel had a favourable location near Wat Tha sa Toi. There were a covered market and a market around the property.

the staff are amazingly nice and very welcoming, overall. the location is particularly good and decent with free parking available on-site. wat ket district deserves to be explored.

Location: the hotel was not far from easy to get to the attracted places, pubs with the best craic, and night bazaar And other bars/restaurants. The breakfast had a wide range of selection, the food was great!

The room I stayed in was clean and well-maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the water pressure in the shower was great. , the location of the hotel was convenient, being within walking distance to a supermarket and some nice cafes. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful host, who gave great recommendations for food and activities.

The noise from the nearby school, especially in the mornings. It can be quite loud and disruptive, making it difficult to sleep in.
