The hotel had a nice Christmas decoration in the lobby, which made us feel in a festive mood. The staff also offered us complimentary mulled wine and cookies, which was a lovely touch. The location was convenient, as we were able to easily access nearby shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the gym facilities during our stay.
The room service was very disappointing despite being promised until late evening. When we tried to order food, there was a limited selection and everything seemed to be sold out.

I spent my Easter holidays at a hotel located in the modern part of a city, and I must say that the atmosphere was enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, with modern amenities like a fridge and a big TV. The breakfast buffet was diverse and freshly made in front of the customers' eyes. The hotel's location was perfect - situated near the airport, which gave us more time for exploring the beautiful city attractions.
The hotel staff should improve their communication skills, especially when it comes to English. Some of them had a hard time understanding us when we were asking for directions or recommendations.
