The place is fairly clean, the room is newly renovated, the staff is very helpful and fantastic friendly. The hotel is definitely recommended to all.

That was what I call ideal place for long stay. My room was airy and modern thanks to the polite staff. The location was magnificent, at walking distance from a volunteer - run museum. It was also so close to shops, club/pub and lots of great restaurants, and the waterfront and shops.

The bed was very firm, unfortunately.

It has marvellous and incredible location, 19 miles away from the airport. The staff is superbly friendly and outstandingly accommodating. The ambiance is family.

New-fashioned and light filled units with an excellent view and ask for, for instance. Nice building in the center of Batemans Bay. So close to shopping centre, cafes, restaurants and shops, and shorefront restaurants. Really lovely place for long stay.

It was perfect time in Batemans Bay. Great hotel managed by excellent people. This was a stunning location just next door to a nearby beach, and supermarkets. It also was right in the centre of things. My room included central heating, multi-channel TV and a microwave. The beds were very comfy, the bathroom was nice as expected. Loved friendly check-in and late check-out. Also, free Wi-Fi worked throughout the property.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this small hotel. Everything was very good from the staff to the room, extremely comfy bed and beautiful little room. Location: the property was very close to restaurants and services, beaches, and the pub. Plus it was max 5 mins walk to the lake.

This hotel is a gem. the location is unbeatable, being directly on the promenade with an awesome view of the sea. Secondly, the staff are fantastic - always helpful and accommodating. Thirdly, the rooms are comfortable, with nice balconies overlooking either the lake or the Clyde River. Lastly, the breakfast provided is a great added bonus.
