Spending my Xmas in this hotel was great. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the location was just a short walk from the train station. I appreciated having a hypermarket and restaurants nearby, which came in handy for my Xmas shopping and meals. the room was equipped with towels and toiletries, and the bed was comfortable, making my stay cozy and enjoyable.

Although my overall experience was pleasant, I must admit that the room needed a little bit more cleaning, and some items were outdated. It would have been nice to have more instructions on how to get to the main entrance and to the room, especially for those arriving late.

Great location, close to Arken Art Museum and the beach. Free parking and easy access to public transportation. Plus, I love that they ship your items to your address. So convenient!

Terrible beds and room cleaning. Our romantic escape at this hotel was ruined by the uncomfortable beds that seemed to be made of concrete. In addition, the room was not properly cleaned during our stay. The bathroom was smelly and the towels were not changed. we were extremely disappointed with our experience and would not recommend staying here.
