My stay at Zign Hotel was beyond expectations. The moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent service from the staff. The lobby was refreshing and comfortable, with ample seating for relaxation. My room, a modern and tidy studio, had a double bed and a single bed, providing plenty of space. The separate bath and shower were a great touch, and the different lighting created a wonderful atmosphere. The view from my room was breathtaking, as I could see the serene surroundings with no high-rise buildings in sight. The hotel offered not one, but two swimming pools and a small beach, which were perfect for relaxation. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of international standard food in a pleasant environment. Despite being a bit far from the beach road, I believe staying at Zign Hotel was definitely worth it. I highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional stay.

I just stayed at the zign hotel. I booked with booking .com on 26.04.11 but hotel did not get my booking. I don't know why ? Resevation confirmed with me by mail before go there. But everthin it ok Thank you for your service.

Service was good there. Enjoyed the sea view from the rooms. It took 20 minutes to reach Crescent Moon Beach on foot...

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were simply amazing - super friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with beautiful pools and a villa right on the pool. The location was perfect, right next to the private beach and also close to a restaurant on the southern side of town. And speaking of breakfast, it was delicious with a great variety of options.

Nice lobby area and swimming pool

The location is not really convenient. Even so it mentioned that hotel has a beach access however sea is far away from the shore and not even deep enough after 400 m walk the water still up to knee. Staff needs to improve English. Room service is not friendly and always keeps saying “sorry” without even feeling of to be sorry. Reception staff helpful enough and understood well guest needs.

There are very good swimming pools, very good restaurants & bars and very good Gym and SPA.

The sea near the hotel is shallow and dirty.

I heard flushing of the other rooms. It is pretty noisy. The room floor is not clean. There is some liquid stain. I have to call housekeepers to clean it again.

zign hotel in pattaya was a delightful escape from city chaos. the spacious rooms, private beach, and cascading pool made our stay absolutely memorable. having an extra bed in each room was a great bonus for our kids. would definitely recommend!

Free drinks and fast wifi in the bar, good view from the comfortable balcony. Ideal location near the nightlife scene and shopping center, saving time on transportation. The sleek and modern decor made all the difference for an excellent first impression.

Dirty sheets were a regular occurrence, and housekeeping was inconsistent. Remaining on hold for up to 30 minutes to contact the unhelpful reception staff was frustrating.

The exclusive amenities provided, like the Spa & Wellness Centre, Sauna, Jacuzzi and outdoor swimming pool, were exceptional. The Massage and service offered were top-notch and exceeded our expectations. The buffet breakfast was wonderful, with a diverse range of food options available. Moreover, the hotel location was ideal, with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants.

Although our overall experience was amazing, we did face a minor issue during our stay. The check-out process took much longer than expected and led to some inconvenience.

Great holidays, amazing staff!

Spent a fantastic Xmas at this hotel, with awesome staff who made us feel at home. We particularly enjoyed the goodies they provided in our room and the breathtaking views we had of the sea and the city. The location of the hotel was just perfect, with easy access to all the amazing attractions and restaurants nearby.

The rooms seemed a bit outdated, and while the quality of the food was good, it was not consistent, and some days it was just average. Additionally, the amenities in the bathroom were not up to standard, with only one bottle of shower gel provided for two people.

The Zign Hotel in Pattaya offers comfortable and spacious rooms with the choice of a city or sea view. The hotel features two grand pools with plenty of sunbeds available. The pool bar serves delicious smoothies. The breakfast buffet is rich and varied, with fresh fruits, cakes, and local cuisine. The location, away from the city center, provides a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
