Recently stayed at Hotel Zhero for a ski weekend. The rooms and hotel design are stunning, exuding luxury and exclusivity. The spa facilities are top-notch, offering saunas, massages, and a hot pool. The breakfast spread is incredible, with a wide range of options including vegan choices. The dinner experience was the best gourmet I've had, especially as a vegan. The staff, including the sommelier, were friendly, attentive, and helpful. Perfect choice for skiing in Ischgl. Unforgettable spa and massage experience.

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Zhero for 5 nights, and it exceeded all our expectations. The spa was excellent, with beautiful facilities and a variety of sauna and steam room options. The sports massage was worth every penny, and the fitness center had quality machines and dumbbells. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh juices, great coffee, and quick service. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the front desk provided a warm welcome. The rooms were clean, the staff went above and beyond with their service, and the hotel had a relaxing vibe with great music playing throughout. The little touches like soft towels, clean rooms, and a pleasant smell added to the overall experience. Last but not least, the owner Jens was a great guy who made us feel welcome.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The facilities were top-notch, including the spa, pool, and fitness center. We also loved the shuttle service to and from the ski slopes, which made it easy for us to hit the slopes and enjoy après-ski. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and there was ample parking available.

The food at the hotel was of good quality and the staff were generally friendly, when they could be located. Despite its small size, the hotel had a cozy lounge area and a convenient location.

The hotel allowed smoking throughout the premises, leaving a constant and overwhelming stench of cigarettes. It was unpleasant to have to put our children to bed surrounded by the smell of smoke.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its stunning design and chic atmosphere. The lounge and restaurant were beautifully decorated and created a lovely ambiance. The food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and I couldn't have asked for a better dining experience. Additionally, the spa was a hidden gem, providing a tranquil escape after a long day of work. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and the staff was attentive.

Although the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a few areas that lacked satisfaction. The check-in process was chaotic and took longer than expected, causing some frustration.

The hotel's restaurant and lobby bar are in the same area, creating a not-so-pleasant odor around dinner time. You'll notice this smoke issue, especially if you're seated near the lobby bar. However, there is a designated smoking area, allowing guests and staff to smoke without bothering others. On the bright side, the room and bathroom are well-designed and very comfortable. The staff is extremely helpful, and breakfast is an excellent buffet with many options available.

The ski room is too small for the size of the hotel, making it difficult to store your equipment.
