  The location is perfect and in the National Park is superb. The hotel is modern and maybe some of the other “blocks” have been renovated. Service: Service is polite and the rooms are fine. The pool bar cocktails are great, drink cheap and wine are delicious.

  Superb views there, the boat trip to Livingston island for high tea was memorable and in proximity to the Fabulous Falls was simply the best. Quality was excellent, staff were friendly and our room was quiet small. The food was incredibly delicious, having dinner beside the pool was romantic and the African Queen was a delight as well.

  Location: Location is great and excellent air conditioning to keep the little beasts at bay. The rooms at the hotel are pleasant, greetings of the staff is well worth and the bathrooms are large. The pool bar is very nice and the only alternative to the buffet is Squires was good.

  A good location, neting the upper river is a great way to see both the river and as well as the main hotel there is a small complex of shop. The service is flawless and room is nicely Air-conditioned. Breakfast is amazing, african Queen sunset cruise is also a wonderful option and swimming pool are very pleasant.

  Outdoor dining areas and high tea at Livingstone Island. The hotel was amazing, reception was very cool and spacious, the rooms were clean. Breakfasts were superb and to waiters were all friendly. The pool was big.

  Great location and the town is modern and clean. Stay at the Livingstone that has to be better and staff are very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are large, especially the wide variety at breakfast is not to be missed and all the Locals are very Friendly. The facilities are very good.

  Within walking distance of the amazing Victoria Falls, the location is perfect for viewing the falls and the hotel is a very nice place to stay. Staff are friendly, the rooms are decorated to reflect this - they are also quiet and the breakfast buffet is very good. The swimming pool is wonderful.

  Pool area was great - no problem getting a chair at any time of day and the hotel grounds were lovely and spacious. Service was very good and the rooms were spotless. Breakfast was excellent, dinner were amazing for all food lovers out there.

  The location is fantastic as many side trips are easily accessed, the rooms are not a 4 stars hotel they are not super clean and swimming pool are excellent.

  The location is fantastic for Victoria Falls and all hotel residents get free access to the park. The rooms are reasonably spacious.
