  Huge room and large bathroom right on the beach, a thoroughly enjoyable stay for two new yorkers happy to get away from all. The service, prompt is indifferent, as for hot water, forget and in my opinion, the 4 units behind the restaurant are the best to have at Zamas. Most alcoholic beverages are $4.00.

  The beach was very nice and well maintained, the hammocks and the view of the ocean were heavenly, the hotel was just as I had imagined. The staff were very accomodating, the manager at Zamas was very courteous and helpful, two hammocks on the balcony were perfect for snoozing at all times of the day. Pillows were surprisingly comfortable, drinks were great and we tried a few different fish and seafood dishes and all were excellent.

  The beach and jungle were beautiful as we had expected for Tulum, the staff were incredibly friendly and saw to our every need. The beds were extremely comfortable and food was excellent. The Thai at mezzanine was also pretty decent.

  The beach is beautiful, the restaurant has consistently fabulous food and after 11pm, the whole place goes dark and is beautiful. The rooms are clean and some really fancy drinks are $6.00.

  The place is great, all of the water from the tap is saltwater, including the shower, is heated and the food is amazing and we ate many meals here at Zamas.

  Great hotel, attentive staff and our room was very spacious. The restaurant food was excellent and the Thai restaraunt at Mezzanine was pretty good too.

  The hot water did not work at all about 50% of the time and the staff at the restaurant/front desk were all friendly and helpful.

  Pizzas and pasta excellent, some very good menu items at a good price.

  The beach at zamas isn't great and the showers are salt water and there is not much hot water.
