Beautiful location and having a 'design your own' mini-bar was great too.

The private beach will be great and the location is amazing.

After throughouly researching resorts on the island, I chose the Kempinski because of its location and the company reputation.

The hotel does not provide a comlimentary transport from the airport and chared me about 70 $ US.

There is more including booking a "dolla-dolla" bus instead of a taxi to take us out one evening and watching my pedal fall off of the mountain bike about a mile and a half from the resort.

The terrance rooms are simply the first floor rooms and the suites are little better than the terrace room.

We informed the reception about our room with a lot of ants near the bed.

Our room only had one chair and table in the main bedroom area in front of the tv.

We loved the different areas to sit and walk, eg ,pier, beach ,swimming pool, cliff walk, and especially the luxurious rooms and bathrooms.

The setting/scenery is spectacular, the staff couldn't be more helpful and the bathroom is as large as the main bedroom.

Luxurious bathroom, the jetty bar was amazing and the restaurants were well priced.

If you go there , have the buffet meal everyday, great for breakfast and evening meals.

For example, I got horribly food posioned at one of their restaurants but the only form of apology that I received was to be double charged for the meal as well as for the doctor's fee.

We enjoyed every meal and were even lucky enough to have the asst exec chef offer to cook us an Indian specialty breakfast (the food was delicious and the gesture was greatly appreciated).

8) We ate in the Red Snapper Restaurant 8 nights in a row and the food was great.

The house staff very friendly, the absurdly high prices and customer service was excellent.

The hotel staff are friendly and the service is excellent.

Sure, some of the staff are lacking service skills and consistency is a problem, but others were fantastic - on the ball, helpful, friendly and attentive.

Suggestions: one more computer, better trained staff at the front desk, store where you can buy some snacks.

There is a separate pool for people who swim for fitness or would just like some quiet.

We just wanted to stay somewhere clean, beautiful, nice pool, good food, great spa treatments, luxurious bathroom with power shower.

We relaxed beside the pool and had treatments in the magnificent spa.

The service was excellent and their rooms were the most clean ones out of all.

The rooms are very clean, the food is adequate and the gardens are lovely and tropical.

The bathroom was enormous and again spotlessly clean.
