It was clean and the room was quite large.
The shower was broken and dropped on my foot when i turned it off. When i asked about the airport shuttle, they said "it is full tomorrow." Then thet asked, "What time would you need to leave?" How do they know the shuttle is full if they dont know what time I leave?

Great out of the way Hotel to stay at area secure and clean. Walking distance to shopping, Train and Bus. Banks are also close by. Real comfy bed not noisy also

Do not stay at this hotel.you have been WARNED.This without a doubt is the worse hotel I stayed in on a three month trip. is not a four star hotel at best it would be two star and that is stretching it.
Cockroach excreta on the bathroom floor,bathroom was covered in mould.bed was bad,photos not indicative of room,bad location right on main road very noisy as were the neighbours,facilities adverised ie sauna spa,shuttle bus non existent or were closed.Non english speaking staff.Tried to get a refund as soon as I saw room it was shocking.spend the extra dollars and stay in Taipei.do not stay here

Small-sized toiletries were provided. Complimentary Chinese-style breakfast was served on the same floor we stayed on.
Amenities were misrepresented online: the room had only a shower; no jacuzzi bath, the room was smaller than pictured, the available wifi was limited to one guest at a time (only one sign-in code for the whole floor) and did not reach our room. Additionally, it would have been nice if they had specified that the airport shuttle was an extra cost (considerable) and not free. Location somewhat close to the train station, but not really close enough to walk with luggage; luckily taxis are cheap.
